1. Diagnostic
The first stage of our process is problem diagnosis, which is central to efficient and long-lasting waterproofing solutions. The Danrae diagnostic team has seen every type of water damage and has years of experience in targeting the root cause – from concrete cancer to concrete spalling, liquid damp coursing, leaks, cracks and efflorescence.
We use a broad scope of equipment and multiple testing methods for accurate findings – including traditional water testing, Electric Field Vector Mapping (EFVM) and InfraRed Detection, either via on-ground personnel or airborne drones. Once complete, we provide a comprehensive report that includes full fault analysis, moisture reading data and marked-up photos.

We will determine recommended products best suited to your budget, considering product lifespan and warranty. And provide a comprehensive remediation plan where required, full costings and a clear timeframe – so you have full transparency from start to finish.
2. Design
Once we have full diagnostic, we prepare a comprehensive solution design in consultation with our specialist waterproofers, builders and technicians. We’ll include marked-up drawings and for larger projects, comprehensive reporting and detailed project progression.

3. Delivery / Remediation
We are distinct among waterproofing companies with our in-house expertise that includes specialist waterproofers, carpenters, builders, electricians, tilers and other trades professionals. So we will manage every stage of project management including preparation, remediation and testing.
We sort everything from cranes to council permits, manage site induction and traffic control, and take the lead in all stakeholder communication. We demolish, repair, rebuild and remove rubbish. We lay the membrane with specialist skills – and fully test it afterwards.

Remember too that suppliers may void a warranty due to external damage. Keep it in pristine condition, and that warranty may be extended.
We conduct follow-ups every 6 or 12 months. We check drains, seals, welds and membranes. And if we see something that needs an urgent fix, we do it on the spot. We then provide a comprehensive report so you can your first-class waterproofing stays in top shape, long-term.
