Ron founded Danrae in 1996 with wife, Lillian, and he now works across several areas of the business including estimation and project management.

Wayne is Sales Director for Danrae, and his role involves estimating and overseeing client relations. “I love solving client problems – and thinking outside the box. Every job we do is completely different, especially in remedial. And I like that challenge.”

As Operations Manager, Renee juggles multiple tasks in administration, events, marketing and client relations – so she’s at the heart of everything Danrae does. With such a busy and central role, it’s lucky she’s an expert multi-tasker and an old hand at exceptional customer service.

Tom is Danrae’s Warehouse and Purchasing Manager, so he keeps on top of all warehouse needs, supervises staff and works with the project managers to ensure all equipment and products are on hand for every job.

Darren is Danrae’s Service Manager, so he’s responsible for smooth scheduling – to ensure teams, and budgets, run on track. As Danrae’s longest serving employee, he also has a wealth of experience and company knowledge.

Jason has been with Danrae for three years. He started as a labourer, quickly completed his certification in waterproofing, and he now has a varied role that includes leak detection, waterproofing application and reporting. “It’s always different. There’s so much involved, not just waterproofing, and that keeps it interesting.”

Zach is a Site Foreman with Danrae, and he carries out waterproofing and carpentry. “Not many of us do just waterproofing. We have all background skills we can use.” And for Zach, that’s carpentry. “I was a carpenter for ten years, then diverted into remedial carpentry, and then I came across Danrae.”

Drew is Danrae’s newest employee and he’s enjoying every minute of it. As a trainee, he has lots to learn – and he loves that. "I initially spent a couple of years as an army cadet, but I traded it in to spend more time with the family. I then did the TAFE Bootcamp course which was a good introduction to a whole range of trades. I really do love learning new things and I get the chance to do that here.”
