Parchem waterproofing applications
Parchem waterproofing products are suitable for a range of applications including basements and rooftops.
At Danrae Group, we regularly use Parchem’s Nitoprime Zincrich and Renderoc during concrete repairs.
Nitoprime Zincrich is the recommended anti-corrosion primer for exposed steel reinforcement and it’s specifically designed for use with Renderoc concrete repair mortars.
Another favourite is Nitoproof 750, which is suitable for basements, flat roofs and tunnels.
We’ve used Parchem waterproofing materials for several clients, including a major project at ANSTO (the Australian Nuclear Science and Technology Organisation) in Sydney.

Nitoproof 750 – a single-component polyurethane liquid which cures by reaction with atmospheric moisture to give a tough elastomeric waterproof membrane.

- Cures to give permanently flexible resilient barrier over a wide range of temperatures
- Excellent build properties enable application to both horizontal and vertical surfaces
